So – it’s 2018 and you might wonder how the garden is doing. Since we had a low here of 7 degrees this morning, it’s a bit done.
While it was looking great mid-November, all of the greens have been done in by the sub-teen weather. No matter! I’ll leave them as ground cover and till them in when it is warmer to add nutrients to the soil. I’ve got to get going on the early spring plan…. keep a look out for that sometime next month. I’m so excited to get the new year off right with more lovely home grown food! Couldn’t be more local than that.
