This is where I’ll keep track of what we’ve harvested from the garden in 2015. This will be totaled in number of fruits/vegetables with a notation on average size.
- 240 Sun Gold Cherry Tomato
- 29 Heirloom Tomato (all varieties)
- 11 Zucchini (average 15oz) two of these were almost 2 pounds EACH!
- 10 Cucumbers
- 4 heads Romaine Lettuce
- 15 Heirloom radish (giant – like carrot size!)
- 13 Kaleidescope carrot
- 2 bunches spinach
- 16 bunches arugula
- 15 nasturtium blossoms
- 3 cherry bomb pepper
- 15 cubanelle
- 12 Holy Mole pepper
- 3 yellow bell pepper
- 20 Cayenne
- 2 bunches swiss chard (really tiny)
- 1 fairytale eggplant
