Week 6 and the squash is growing! Underneath the prickly leaves grows a small zucchini. YAY!At the end is a squash blossom. I’ll have to research how to harvest these (or if I should). I think they’ll be great stuffed with cheese.
The rest of the garden is coming right along too! Greens are almost ready to go. Now, I just need to have a minute to enjoy these. Our big Gala event is on Thursday, so on Friday I am eating salad! Arugula and romaine will be in the first round. Kale not ready yet!
