So, more veggies to pick this week! Giant ones at that! We’re picking in week 9 and our very first zucchini was a monster. I put it next to a jar of pasta sauce for reference:
It was 11″ long and weighed almost a pound! I spiralized (Visit Inspiralized.com for information on this process and tool) it and got this. Saute it up with garlic and olive oil and you’ll swear you’re eating spaghetti!
In other news, tomatoes are moving right along. They’re all really going crazy!
Nasturtiums are blooming too!
Can’t wait for the peppers to ripen!
Looks like it will be time for cucumbers and more zucchini tomorrow!
