You read that right! Salad straight out of the garden last night.
Arugula, kale, Indian and Dragon Tongue mustards, butterheart lettuce and garlic chives. Just picked a leaf or two off the outside of each plant to make this yummy side for dinner.
Something new – I discovered that baby mustard greens taste like – wait for it – mustard! Everything is looking great in the beds with the exception of the escarole. Guess that one isn’t happening.
Look at the super large kohlrabi! I’m hoping it will grow the root soon.
Can’t wait for the sugar snap peas!
