Ok, so I don’t have that phrase exactly right, but that’s what happened!
As you can see, we’ve had almost 2 1/2 inches of rain in the past two days.
Thanks to AgSouth Farm Credit, I now know how much water we’re getting on the garden!
What do you think happened? You bet – zucchini flowers!
Cucumber is flowering too! Don’t forget the tomatillos
And, wait for it…tomatoes! A little Roma is growing…
and, of course, the Sungold Cherry tomatoes are coming on. We had so many last year, we’re looking forward to a bumper crop!
The newly planted seeds are sprouting too – tiny Tat Soi.
Leeks and chives grew right up too!
So, what did we learn? Rain=good for growing! Well – don’t guess that was actually learning, but I’m happy about it!
