Not sure this is what I meant when I planted the snow peas, but this was the garden this morning! We had a sprinkling of snow overnight, but it was all gone by Noon. You can see it isn’t very thick…
I actually wish I’d have taken a photo of my feet. I went out barefoot to snap these shots!
Now – to figure out what we’re going to do later this week when it’s set for the low 20s. I think we’re going to have to cover the little plants for that level of cold. I’m going to check with my experts on that. If so, we’ll make little hoop houses with some plastic and pvc pipes. Stay tuned for more on this.
Speaking of freezing weather…. the planting this week is delayed one week until we’re beyond this little cold snap.
