…with tomatoes, that is. And who wouldn’t want that type of wealth? Plenty of eggplants, peppers, and cucumbers too! I even spy the first Aji Dolce pepper!
The grape tomatoes are growing like crazy – look at this!
We’ve got so many large tomatoes, I went ahead and harvested all of the grapes, cut them in half and oven roasted them. Home made sun dried tomatoes anyone? We had enough to cover a whole sheet pan! YUM!
The rest of the garden is looking grand as well…
