So you know that I’m focusing on salad in the garden at the minute. We’re getting there and should be enjoying in a week or two. Take a look at the little tiny arugula!
All of the greens are looking good. I feel like some Pak Choy is in our future as well.
Since today is last frost day here in the Upstate of South Carolina, summer crops will be planted from seed this weekend, so stay tuned for that. Also – not everything edible is grown in the garden. These are growing in our lawn and are totally edible since we don’t use fertilizer or pesticides. Violets can be used as garnish and decoration and dandelion greens are nutritious too! (note – not advocating for you to eat your lawn, just what we’re doing!)
Stay tuned!
