A bit of a mid-week and early spring update. Everything is popping up in this warm weather. The only thing I’ve not seen yet is the escarole (which you’ll see below is woefully empty – but I do have hope!) Carrots aren’t sprouting either, but I feel certain that they’re on their way. You can see that the one plant to survive the winter is the kohlrabi in the upper right of the one bed.

Spring-like weather is helping the sprouts spring up! Arugula, mustards, radishes, spinach all coming up in nice, neat rows. Have to love that square foot garden planning!
It’s been two weeks since planting the spring greens and almost everything is growing….
