You read that right! Salad straight out of the garden last night.
Arugula, kale, Indian and Dragon Tongue mustards, butterheart lettuce and garlic chives. Just picked a leaf or two off the outside of each plant to make this yummy side for dinner….

Could it be time to eat? Week 7 and we’re trying the first harvest from our garden! Radishes have grown and I took outside leaves from arugula, romaine, and nasturtium. I tried the radish greens, but didn’t care for the taste – too bitter. Take a look:
