Almost Tomato Time!
The weather is heating up and it’s getting close to tomato time! How about all of these Roma tomatoes on the vine? This is only a small section – this plant is absolutely loaded!

You read that right! Salad straight out of the garden last night.
Arugula, kale, Indian and Dragon Tongue mustards, butterheart lettuce and garlic chives. Just picked a leaf or two off the outside of each plant to make this yummy side for dinner….
